Safeguarding 

We believe that all organisations working with children and young people should have safeguarding at the heart of everything they do. 

At Next Steps Education Ltd we ensure that everyone involved with us works in accordance with the most exacting compliance for the safety of children and young people. We follow Safer Recruitment procedures, our Safeguarding Policy and our Online Safety Policy.

Our tutors and mentors undergo KCSiE Safer Recruitment checks before working with us. Once checked by Ellen, their details are held on our single central record.

Educational Visits

We encourage student participation in their community through trips with mentors and tutors. Journeys away from the home or usual place of tuition/ mentoring are approved and logged following our educational visit policy.
