Our mentoring
Our mentoring services provide tailored support for life and school transitions: primary to secondary, secondary to FE or employment, transitions to and from school environments.
Our mentors are trusted and familiar faces in unfamiliar environments. They create connections and communication between separate stakeholders. They advocate for the voice of the student and the maintenance of their community.
Removing the Negative
PREVENT Exclusion through:
- Whole family engagement

- Connecting with Educational Services
PREVENT Anxiety through:
- Centering young peoples' voices
- One-to-One support face to face or online
- Phased integration to preferred learning settings
PREVENT Low Self-Esteem through:

- Life and wellbeing skills
